Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Shipping within the United States starts at $11.00. Please select your preferred shipping option during checkout.

Customer Pickup (Free):

Broward County: Pickup available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM (for orders placed the night before).

Miami-Dade County: Pickup available Monday to Friday, 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Exchange Policy

Garments can only be exchanged if the wrong item is received.

The garment(s) must be in perfect condition—NOT tried on, stretched, worn, used, washed, soiled, or ruined.

For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept garments that have been tried on, used, or stretched. This policy ensures the health and safety of our clients, especially during the ongoing pandemic.

Exchanges must be initiated within two (2) business days of receiving the incorrect item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen, we will assist you in opening a claim with USPS.

Please note, PattiMoiselle Boutique is not responsible for lost or damaged packages caused by third-party carriers. Refunds or replacements will not be issued in these cases.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This includes:
